A company loads a set dollar amount onto each employee's account and chooses which businesses that money may be spent at. Each crew member gets a virtual company card (usable in Apple Pay or Google Pay) that only works at approved businesses and only up to their available balance. Anything outside the list declines — the owner can approve it from the company console. Owners can add funds, freeze a card, or remove an employee at any time.
SaySo is operated by JA Oilfield Services LLC. It is a spend-management and expense-control tool — we do not sell physical goods.
Crew members spend only the amount you load — overspending is declined automatically.
Cards work only at the businesses on your list — the supply house, the fuel stop, the nursery. Add or remove anytime.
A swipe outside the rules declines once and shows up on your console. Approve it and your crew member just runs the card again.
Virtual cards live in Apple Pay and Google Pay — nothing to print or mail. Each person signs in on their phone and activates their own card (identity check required).

4. Each crew member signs in on their phone, confirms their info, and their card is issued automatically — ready for Apple Pay or Google Pay.
5. Watch every swipe on your dashboard. Anything outside the rules declines — you can approve it from the console.
