Company account details (name, email), employee names and the spending limits you set, the businesses you approve, and transaction records (amount, merchant, date). We do not collect or store full card numbers — card data is held by our payment provider, Stripe.
To operate the service: authorizing or declining card transactions against your rules, showing balances and history, and calculating fees. We do not sell personal information.
We share data with Stripe, Inc. to issue cards and process payments, and with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) that host the application. These providers are bound to protect the data.
We keep records while your account is active and as required for tax and compliance. To access or delete your data, email us.
