What we collect

Depending on how you use SaySo, we may collect:

• Company account details (business name, email, password, owner mobile number).
• Employee names, PINs used to sign in to the wallet, email, mobile number, and date of birth (DOB) when a card is activated.
• The businesses you approve and transaction records (amount, merchant, date).
• Support chat messages you send through the in-app helper.
• SMS numbers, if texting is switched on, to send approval or verification messages.

We do not collect or store full card numbers — card data is held by our payment provider, Stripe. Identity and card issuing are handled through Stripe Issuing and Cross River Bank.

How we use it

To operate the service: verifying cardholders, authorizing or declining card transactions against your rules, showing balances and history, billing the $10-per-active-card monthly fee (first 2 cards free), and providing support. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data with Stripe, Inc. (including Stripe Issuing) and Cross River Bank to issue cards and process payments, and with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) that host the application. If SMS is configured, we share the destination phone number with the texting provider solely to deliver those messages. These providers are bound to protect the data.

Retention & your rights

We keep records while your account is active and as required for tax and compliance. To access or delete your data, email us.
