CrewKitty provides software that lets businesses issue pre-funded virtual spending cards to their employees and restrict spending to approved merchants. Card issuing and payment processing are provided by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's Issuing and connected-account agreements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for funding your card balance, and for all activity under your company account and employee logins. Use the service only for lawful business spending.
Creating an account is free. CrewKitty charges a 1% software fee on each approved employee card transaction. Card-network and Stripe processing fees may also apply.
Loaded balances fund employee card purchases. Unused balances are returned to the company when an employee is removed. Disputed or erroneous charges are handled through Stripe's standard dispute process.
You may not use CrewKitty for any illegal purpose, to evade spending controls, or in violation of Stripe's prohibited-businesses policy.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, JA Oilfield Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
